Stroma Automation Solutions pledge, which represents the entire expressed warranty governed by this contract.
- General Product Warranty
Supplier represents that all Products and any support services provided under this Agreement are new and unused (unless otherwise specified or agreed to in writing by client) and free from defects in material and workmanship. - General Service Warranty
Supplier warrants that any support services provided shall conform to the level of quality performed by experts regularly rendering this type of service. Supplier warrants for 12 months after accepted completion of any work. - Qualifications
Supplier warrants that it, as well as its employees, agents and subcontractors engaged to provide a Product and any Service in support of the products under this Agreement. - Inspections and Tests
All goods will be subject to inspection and test to the extent practicable at all times and places. - First Year of support
For the Entire First (1) Year any issues will be resolved and address without any charges.
